Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized or made-to-order pieces (like engraved pens or custom notecards) may take 7–10 business days to process. We'll always send you a note when your order is on its way!

Q: Do you offer personalization?
A: Absolutely. Many of our note cards and pens can be customized with a name, monogram, or message. Look for the “Make It Personal” option on the product page—or explore the Personalized section in the shop.

Q: Are your products handmade?
A: Yes! Most of our products are lovingly designed, printed, or stitched by hand in our Colorado studio—especially our fabric notebooks, letterpress pieces, and cutout cards. We believe in slow, meaningful creation over mass production.

Q: Will I get exactly the notebook or card pictured?
A: For limited edition items—like our fabric notebooks or vintage-inspired goods—each batch is small and one-of-a-kind. Colors and patterns may vary slightly, but we promise: each one is made with care and charm.

Shipping & Returns

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment, but we're working on it! If you're outside the U.S. and interested, send us a note—we’d love to connect and see what’s possible.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: We want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. Personalized or custom pieces can’t be returned, but we’ll always do our best to make things right.
